During the title sequence Kate, an aspiring singer in the Punk culture
of early Eighties London, is sticking up flyers for her bands next gig

Meanwhile, Danny (Phil Daniels),
who works as a chart fixer and has aspirations as a manager has gatecrashed
an industry party. |
After being thrown out of the party once, Danny sneaks back in through
the toilet window. He then evades the security for a while before
he is finally thrown out for good. |

It is then that he meets Kate while she is posting bills outside the
building he has just been thrown out of. |
